Case Manager - benefits navigation (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Summit Pike Property Management and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
