Case Manager - benefits navigation (Orlando, FL)

Harborlight Nest Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Orlando, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for meal programmes. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
