Case Manager - benefits navigation (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Linden Health and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for clinic supplies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
