Case Manager - benefits navigation (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Timber Property Management Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for vendor invoices. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
