Case Manager - benefits navigation (Omaha, NE)

Westbrook Granite Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Omaha, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for resident services. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
