Case Manager - benefits navigation (Omaha, NE)

Clearpath Summit Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Omaha, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
