Case Manager - benefits navigation (Omaha, NE)

Westbrook Amber Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Omaha, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for meal programmes. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
