Case Manager - benefits navigation (Omaha, NE)

Lumen Bright Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Omaha, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for waiting lists. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
