Silverline Haven Community Partners is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for food distribution. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
