Case Manager - benefits navigation (Oklahoma City, OK)

Highbridge Haven Learning Group is an education provider in Oklahoma City serving students and families. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
