Case Manager - benefits navigation (Oklahoma City, OK)

Rivermark Pike Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Oklahoma City area. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for school calendars. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
