Case Manager - benefits navigation (Oakland, CA)

Rivermark Granite Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Oakland. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
