Case Manager - benefits navigation (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Granite Community Partners Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 844 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for donor records. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
