Case Manager - benefits navigation (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Granite Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. Families are partners. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
