Case Manager - benefits navigation (Oakland, CA)

Silverline Stone Civic Services supports public agencies in Oakland with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for public records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
