Case Manager - benefits navigation (New Orleans, LA)

Bluepeak Granite Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around New Orleans. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. Families are partners. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
