Case Manager - benefits navigation (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Bright Maple Housing Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for waiting lists. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
