Case Manager - benefits navigation (New Orleans, LA)

Westbrook Junction Housing manages affordable housing communities across New Orleans. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 627 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for waiting lists. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
