Case Manager - benefits navigation (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Linden Health Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for insurance authorisations. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
