Case Manager - benefits navigation (New Orleans, LA)

Rivermark Pike Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the New Orleans area. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. Families are partners. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
