Case Manager - benefits navigation (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Cedar Summit Early Learning Partners and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
