Case Manager - benefits navigation (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Meridian Civic Services and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for budget submissions. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
