Case Manager - benefits navigation (Nashville, TN)

Northwind Willow Property Management manages apartment communities around Nashville, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for vendor invoices. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
