Case Manager - benefits navigation (Nashville, TN)

Redstone Fox Early Learning is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
