Case Manager - benefits navigation (Minneapolis, MN)

Harborlight Yarrow Civic Services works with county and city offices around Minneapolis, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for budget submissions. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
