Case Manager - benefits navigation (Minneapolis, MN)

Highbridge Cedar Civic Services Associates is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for constituent requests. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
