Redstone Lantern Learning Group Associates operates schools and learning programmes around Minneapolis, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. Families are partners. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
