Case Manager - benefits navigation (Minneapolis, MN)

Foxglove Bright Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
