Case Manager - benefits navigation (Milwaukee, WI)

Silverline Juniper Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for permits. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
