Case Manager - benefits navigation (Milwaukee, WI)

Amberfield Lantern Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Milwaukee caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 285 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
