Case Manager - benefits navigation (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Meridian Civic Services and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 223 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for permits. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
