Westbrook Yarrow Civic Services Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for budget submissions. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
