Case Manager - benefits navigation (Milwaukee, WI)

Westbrook Yarrow Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for permits. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
