Case Manager - benefits navigation (Milwaukee, WI)

Nova Ivory Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Milwaukee, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for constituent requests. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
