Case Manager - benefits navigation (Miami, FL)

Silverline Forge Care Services is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
