Case Manager - benefits navigation (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Orchard Civic Services and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for case files. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
