Case Manager - benefits navigation (Miami, FL)

Bright Ivory Health Partners is a healthcare provider in Miami with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for patient education. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
