Case Manager - benefits navigation (Miami, FL)

Nova Systems is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
