Greenridge Ember Property Management is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for resident events. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
