Case Manager - benefits navigation (Memphis, TN)

Silverline Haven Community Partners is a Memphis charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for client intake. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
