Case Manager - benefits navigation (Madison, WI)

Nova Bright Early Learning runs childcare centres in Madison caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
