Case Manager - benefits navigation (Madison, WI)

Amberfield Junction Community Partners is a Madison charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 634 people based in Madison. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for client intake. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
