Silverline Haven Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Madison. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for school calendars. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
