Case Manager - benefits navigation (Madison, WI)

Amberfield Meadow Housing Partners manages affordable housing communities across Madison. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for lease compliance. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
