Case Manager - benefits navigation (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Redstone Meadow Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 979 people based in Madison. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
