Case Manager - benefits navigation (Louisville, KY)

Nova Timber Learning Group Partners operates schools and learning programmes around Louisville, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
