Case Manager - benefits navigation (Louisville, KY)

Ironwood Sable Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Louisville. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 199 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance stores. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
