Case Manager - benefits navigation (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Forge Civic Services and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for procurement. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
