Case Manager - benefits navigation (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Lantern Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 446 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
