Case Manager - benefits navigation (Little Rock, AR)

Summit Field Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Little Rock, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance stores. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
